Booking Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

The £50 booking fee is used to secure the date of your event. Until this is received the date is left open in my diary for other bookings. The booking fee is non-refundable and covers the date, time and address stated in the booking form.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. We always send a check in and reminder message regarding this a few days before. If this is not received and no other prior arrangements have been made the artist will not attend.

If your event is cancelled please let us know as soon as possible. If this is 72 hours before the event the remaining balance will still be due in full.

We ask that a table and 2 chairs are provided, if these aren’t available please let us know. If the event is outdoors a cover or shelter will be needed to protect both the artist and equipment from rain or sun.

Access to a restroom and running water will be required please

If the artist feels unsafe or threatened at anytime,  they may pack up and leave without a refund to the client. Please note if there are any issues this would be discussed with the client first, before the above happens.

The artist is not responsible for the queue and all children must be supervised by an adult

We are fully insured and copy of our certificate and risk assessment can be emailed if requested.

Face Paint and Glitter Terms and Conditions

Please note we cannot paint under 3’s due to insurance We also cannot paint anyone that is ill, with open wounds or sores or with chicken pox.

Please note some inflatable companies do not allow guests with face paint on to their castles. It is the responsibility of the client booking to check this.

Although the utmost care has been made to use skin safe paints and glitters, the artist cannot take responsibility for any reactions. We will happily offer a patch test at the start of the event for anyone that would like one.

Chunky festival glitter that we use on our glitter bar is recommended for 7 years plus.

The best way to remove face paint is water and mild soap. Please do not use baby wipes as these can react with the paints and cause an allergic reaction.

Glitter tattoos are waterproof and can last for several days. baby oil on cotton wool will remove these.

Bubble Terms and Conditions

It is fun to get everyone involved in bubbling which often means dipping hands in bubbles, please note we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur

The outdoor show involves lots of running around and chasing bubbles. This means it must be carried out in a safe space away from roads and traffic

Floor coverage will be used but please not bubble juice can effect grass and turn it slightly yellow. This will right itself after a week or so. Ponds close to where we are bubbling must be covered.

Please note we bring along floor covering when working indoors to protect the area we are working in. This can become slippy so we ask all guests stand behind the cones and flags unless called forward to go inside a giant bubble

We also use smoke in our shows, this is heated up vegetable glycerine that creates a foggy effect

Airbrush Tattoo Terms and Conditions

Airbrush Tattoos are semi permanent, waterproof and can last for 7-10 days.

They can be removed with surgical spirit on a cotton wool pad

Although the utmost care has been made to use skin safe inks, the artist cannot take responsibility for any reactions. We will happily offer a patch test at the start of the event for anyone that would like one.

We do need access to a plug socket as a compressor is used to push air through the airbrush to create the tattoos. Please be aware this does also generate some noise.
